These celebrations are usually done a day before the festival as it is a holiday on the day of the festival. Indian festivals are a reflection of the culture of the country. The celebrations held on the festivals acquaint the students with the culture and tradition of our country.

There are many festivals that are celebrated all over India and World. Festivals are the ways of rejoicing ourselves. The joy of Celebrating Holi is awesome and I can say that it is one of my favorite festivals. Holi is the festival of colors and is celebrated as the major festival of Hindus.

However, India is one of the largest countries to celebrate numerous festivals. As India is a very cultural and diverse country, so are the festivals. They divide into three general categories of national, religious and seasonal. As we can divide the Indian festivals into national, religious and seasonal, we see how they differ from each other.
